 Our life is God’s invention who had the courage to believe so much in us to give us this gift, life with all the necessary “tools” so that we can live it properly. Maybe we have not yet taken into consideration this initiative of God and we sometimes think that we were born because it was our parents’ will or by chance, because of human or natural reasons.
We must think that God wanted to give each of us a great gift, a gift to be discovered, accepted, protected, loved.
If we don’t see this in ourselves we won’t be able to welcome and defend the life of our children and of those we say we love .We must think that life is not a hazard, it is not ours.
Life comes from God’s heart and He is Love.
We must discover that life is a gift which will bring us joy and nobody can make this discovery in our place.
If you stop in your life walk you go backwards. Life doesn’t only originate from the meeting between a sperm and an egg or from the encounter between mum and dad. It comes from that source of love that is God who made us the gift of becoming his collaborators to give life. We all love life for what we see, touch and feel but our life doesn’t belong to us, it belongs to Someone Who takes care of us and wants us to discover the taste of life so that we can be really happy.
Life without God is dark, tasteless, cold, without love.
That’s why our Community came into existence: to help many youth to find the true meaning of life and any day spent by them here is a miracle of God’s love.
