Mary has ascended into Heaven,
the angels exhalt, Alleluja!

Dear all, we rejoice for this special day that this year the Lord has given us to live in a very special world.Today God’s providence has reunited the boys and girls of our different houses, Father Ivan, Father Stefano, Father Rinino, our faithful deacon Marco, deacon Eugenio and many many friends, together with our Bishop and Mother Elvira here to Envie to greet, bless and embrace in the Holy Spirit, the seven missionaries who are leaving on Friday 19 August along with Father Stefano for Liberia, Africa. Finally!
It was a nice moment passed together, full of simplicity but also emotion. We had adoration, prayed the Holy Rosary, had the consecration of the whole Community to Our Lady and the Divine Mercy chaplet, followed by the Holy Mass, celebrated by Monsignor Guerrini. After Communion, we invoked the Holy Spirit over: Glauco, pier, Rainer, Giorgio, Mark, Fabrizio and Martin, the Holy Spirit swept over them to plant the first small Cenacolo seed in Africa.
Mother Elvira then gave each one a cross and a rosary: it was a very moving moment, Mother Elvira loves us like her own children, she’s happy when we leave but her heart cries to let us go. The missionaries really touched our hearts with some testimonies: it was nice to listen to how some of them had waited years for this gift of the missions, how for others it came unexpectedly but they said yes with trust, others thought for some time about Africa…how it will be a difficult mission. Our Lady is already there waiting for us with many signs: close to our house there is a sanctuary of Our Lady Queen of Peace, it’s a very well known place of prayer in Liberia and also many friends: Father Adrian, the sisters of Mary Consoled…we sustain our missionaries with our prayers and those of the children.
There will be some reinforcements in our mission in Mexico, together with our “African” missionaries we blessed three new “uncles”: Adrain, Tibor and Pavol, that very soon will be arriving there.
