Prayer to Saint Joseph Benedict Cottolengo
O Saint Joseph Cottolengo, during your life
you showed yourself merciful towards the poor,
give me a good and attentive heart
to the suffering of my weakest brothers.
You had an indestructible trust
in Divine Providence,
give me the eyes of faith
to accept everyday the attention and care
that God the Father has for me.
In our community and in our lives
do not allow us to abandon this true and simple
certainty: God Provides!
O Saint Joseph Cottolengo,
