Rome 2009

Information  |

We’re going to Rome because we received a communication from the Pontifical Council for the Laity that Comunita Cenacolo has been granted recognition as an International Association of the Faithful of Pontifical Right.  We go to thank the Church who has reached out to us and has welcomed us in her heart, who blesses our work and sends us forth in her name to proclaim the joy and light of the resurrection that God has given us.

We have organized a pilgrimage for our young men and women, families, and friends.  We leave Saluzzo the morning of Thursday, October 15th, and return on Sunday, October 18th.

So many people have asked us the significance of this ecclesial recognition for the Community.  What will we experience in Rome in those days?  In the following points, we want to share some reflections with you, which can help us to embrace this time as a great gift from God for our Community, to understand its significance, and to prepare ourselves well to receive this gift.
